Friday afternoon the complete Tachyon Convoy headed to Assen, The Netherlands for the Classic Car Festival. After a long day of preparing cars and building the tent in the paddock everybody was ready for the Saturday morning training.

This weekend I had to maintain the Austin Healy 3000 MKII from Michiel van Duivendijk. A Beautiful car with a lot of potential.

On Saturday we suffered a lot of problems with the cooling system and we tryed to solve it as fast as possible. After the cooling problem new problems where introduced with the ignition system and the brakes. The last race on Sunday went oke finally.

Michiel had to start from the back but was getting to the front of the field. After twenty minutes of pushing in the rain Michiel lost the car for a second and had to wait to be towed out. Michiel continued but his race to the front was brought to an end.
